The analytical DiAna system became new IT solution in Kirovsk : Digital Analytics Pro. This development of FIT company of the class BI is intended to help with the solution of difficult analytical tasks, to increase competitiveness of network.

DiAna system implementation: Digital Analytics Pro became logical continuation of the implementation project of the GESTORI Pro system implemented in retail network "Kirovski". At the end of the past, 2007, the company management, among leaders of a domestic retail, made the decision to replace the former enterprise information system which ceased to meet the requirements of reliability assurance and non-failure operation in network management, supports of its growth and scalability. The GESTORI Pro system from FIT company which became a basis of the modern management model constructed using the principle of the centralized architecture of IT solution was selected and implemented.

Chudinov Konstantin, head of department of the IC of Kirovski Group: "We started use of the analytical DiAna system: Digital Analytics Pro. Time, difficult for all, we estimate our new acquisition as very timely and important investment directed to increase in efficiency and quality of management, business optimization in general at this. I think that in a situation of a world financial crisis such system "ground" on retail subtleties is capable to become our compass in fight for the buyer in the market of the Ural region saturated with the retail enterprises.

New opportunities of this analytical system allow to carry out contrastive analysis of changes in sales volumes of types of goods and their deposits to financial results of a company performance using the Boston matrix. It opens for us additional opportunities in application of the given system for increase in operational efficiency of work of our network. We calculate using these and other methods of the analysis to lead the range to an optimal status, to lower the costs connected with overstocking or, on the contrary, out-of-stock situations, to reduce logistic losses, to raise turnover indicators in network".
