Plakart JSC offers a choice of protective coatings for surface treatment using gas thermal spraying and surfacing. With their help, wear resistance and corrosion resistance can be significantly increased.

Group of Companies

Plakart Group of Companies is a network of multifunctional centers for gas thermal application of protective coatings. It specializes in the application of wear-resistant coatings made of metal, ceramics and cermet with gas-thermal spraying technologies, performs laser and plasma surfacing of coatings, as well as additive production of metal products. It supplies complexes for spraying and surfacing, spares, as well as consumables: metal powders, wire, rods (data as of August 2022).

History

2022: The start of the creation of a production complex for laser surfacing

On August 25, 2022, the portfolio company RUSNANO - Plakart announced that it had begun creating a complex for laser surfacing from domestic components.

Specialists of the promising asset RUSNANO began the development and manufacture of a powder feeder necessary for the laser complex, and also signed an agreement for the supply of a source of laser radiation of domestic production - the basis of the production complex being created.

"Plakart" has begun to create a complex for laser surfacing from domestic components

It will be commissioned no later than March 2023. The complex will be distinguished by 100% automation of the process and automatic control of deposition parameters, ultra-dispersed structure, the degree of mixing of the deposited material with the main one - no more than 1% and a power source of up to 8000 W.

According to preliminary estimates, the annual revenue of Plakart will grow by at least 60 million rubles only due to the commissioning of the laser complex.

Laser deposition of hard alloy coatings makes it possible to increase wear resistance of working surfaces of parts of various equipment and machines and, thus, to significantly increase their service life and service life.

Reducing laser surfacing is used to obtain the initial dimensions of worn or damaged parts. In this case, the metal deposited by the laser is close in composition and mechanical properties to the base metal. By adding alloying elements, a coating with better properties than the base material is obtained.
