UBRIR selected the solution Paperless office of Abanking and SafeTech

2020: Implementing solution Paperless office in internal network UBRIR

On October 13, 2020 the company Artsofte announced that UBRIR selected the solution "Paperless office" for ensuring digital customer interaction developed by the company Abanking and SafeTech, residents IT cluster of Skolkovo Foundation.

At the end of September results of the first accelerator UBRIR organized together with Internet Initiatives Development Fund were announced. Applications for participation in an accelerator were submitted by more than 440 technology companies from Russia and the CIS countries and also from the USA, to France, Italy, Jordan and Estonia. The program of an accelerator there passed ten startups which within four months implemented the projects in different divisions of bank. On September 29 on a demo bottom startups provided results of pilots together with business customers. So, the long-term contract on implementing solution Paperless office in internal network UBRIR was signed.

"Paperless office" is the joint solution Abanking and SafeTech. It can help bank to lower operating costs of paper, service of office equipment, recovery of the lost documents and archive storage. Clients UBRIR will be quicker serviced - employees of the bank will suggest to sign documents on the tablet. It will not be obligatory for clients to visit office for a design of a banking product, they will be able to make it remotely from the mobile phone.

The solution reduces costs and quantity of the errors connected with formation, the signature, logistics and document storage. "Paperless office" provides the complete legal importance of digital interaction of bank with the client. The project in UBRIR demonstrated that the Bank is capable easily and in the shortest possible time to transfer document flow with clients completely to the mobile phone. It will allow will get rid of paper and to considerably cut down maintenance expenses of the client. It minimizes also contacts with people that every day becomes more relevant,
