Abanking Digital Office helps to automate customer interaction and agents in the remote channel. With it employees of the bank can independently create services for submission of requests for banking services.
Abanking is the platform for creation of remote bank ecosystems. It is a complex of translation solutions of bank service in a digital format: Internet bank, mobile application and digital services for opening of a checking account, online registration of business, development of agency sales, exit work of the manager of bank and also a marketplace.

As a part of the joint solution Abanking and SafeTech "Paperless office"
The companies Abanking and SafeTech, residents Cluster of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, presented the solution — "Paperless office". On July 17, 2020 reported about it Skolkovo Foundation. Technologies of digital services from Abanking and a software package for confirmation by the user of transactions a system remote banking (RBS) and electronic document management from SafeTech are its cornerstone. Start of service of online registration of business
On April 8, 2020 the Abanking company announced release of the solution for banks — service of online registration of business. The solution will help banks to increase base of corporate clients and at the same time to increase conversion in opening of checking accounts.
According to the company, fight for clients on settlement and cash services of a segment of SME in the digital-channel already overheated advertizing rates, cost of the attracted lead often does not pay off by LTV of the client. The updated mechanics of converting of digital - traffic in open accounts are necessary for banks.
For this purpose it is possible to suggest potential clients to start business through a full-fledged online service of bank. Free of charge. Business needs a checking account — and the bank will be able to suggest the client to open for the first it. As soon as registration confirmation comes from FTS, the system of bank will automatically reserve the account.
Such approach gives big conversion in open accounts, than normal promotion of service Opening of RKO.
The solution Abanking prepares documents in 15 minutes and does not require visit of FTS. Service of online registration of business is integrated with the Federal Tax Service, i.e. documents from a personal account of service directly go to the systems of FTS.
As the Abanking Digital Office service works:
- The client fills out the questionnaire on business registration. The personal account creates a document package.
- The bank initiates release of the EDS that the client could sign documents remotely.
- The client undergoes verification, receives the EDS and signs documents in a personal account.
- The personal account sends documents to FTS. Bank suggests the client to open a checking account.
- In a personal account the client receives documents of registration and billing account details.
The resident Skolkovo offers the flexible system of integration of service: delivery to infrastructure of bank or as solution SaaS. The fastest method — to connect the solution on SaaS of model and bank in 3 days can already begin to attract clients on RKO using service of online registration.
Creating a product concept, we first of all made a start from the general philosophy of the Abanking platform. It is Single-core the architecture allowing to use the solution not just as a part of a lidogeneratsionny chain for digital mechanics of an onbording of clients on RKO but also as seamless service for the acting clients in RBS the channel on entering of registration changes into already open societies, and with an opportunity to open additional. Integration with Rutoken
On December 27, 2019 the Active Soft company (rutoken) announced technology partnership with the resident Skolkovo Abanking company. Cooperation will allow to provide the protected RBS and to reduce costs for support of information security of clients of bank. Read more here.
Digital Office representation
On October 14, 2019 it became known that Abanking company, the resident Klastera of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, provided a product — the platform for creation of digital office of bank.
The Abanking Digital Office platform for October, 2019 includes three offices:
- Office of the client in which it is possible to order banking services and to transfer necessary documents to bank without visit of office.
- The agent's office for sale of services of bank, tracking of online of the statuses of requests of clients and obtaining reports on efficiency (conversion and remuneration).
- The administrator's office where employees of the bank independently configure a show-window of banking products, will organize work with clients and agency network.
Also in Digital Office there is mobile application for the exit manager. Agents can sign the agreement in the place, comfortable for the client, with it.
The product of the resident of Fund "Skolkovo" was already implemented by banks "Revival" and "RNKB", for October, 2019 5 more implementations are in parallel conducted.
The full-fledged digital ecosystem is not only the remote banking (RB). And unlike labor-consuming transformation of RBS of the channel, a number of digital services based on Abanking Digital Office can be used as it is autonomous, and as a part of RBS. Such clustering of services gives us the chance to build distribution of this product not only for large universal banks which make the main portfolio of RBS of implementations from Abanking, but also for the banks which are outside the first hundred.
