Ivan Karpov, graduate of faculty of applied information science and economy of ROSNOU.

Career

In Raiffeisenbank since 2007. Started a career in department of service of credit cards, then was engaged in project management as the business analyst and the project manager. More than six years worked in CRM where there passed the way from the manager to the head, was responsible for a cross-sell of clients of bank and for customer acquisition, including for projects of submission of requests for credit products via the website of bank and implementation of issuance of credits in Raiffeisen Online.

2018 - 2020 Ivan was engaged in development of the direction of digital crediting. During this time he managed to construct from scratch strong team, it is essential to increase the amount of issues in the cities without physical departments and to expand geography of digital presence of Raiffeisenbank.

2020: The head of crediting in Raiffeisenbank

Ivan Karpov headed consumer lending in Raiffeisenbank. As the head (Product Owner) he solves many problems, main of which — increase in the loan portfolio and improvement of digital client experience.
