Career

On October 13, 2020, it became known about the withdrawal from the Gagarin Capital Partners fund of one of its founders, Nikolai Davydov. He sold his share to the fund's managing partner Mikhail Taver. The financial terms of the transaction are not disclosed.

After Davydov left, Mikhail Taver will now lead the fund. The fund's portfolio projects include Prisma, iFarm, Earth AI and Wallarm.

2021

Fort Ross Seed Fund Senior Partner

On February 19, 2021, the management company Fort Ross Ventures announced the joining of Nikolai Davydov, co-founder and former managing partner of Gagarin Capital and Cherry Labs, as a senior venture partner in the early stages of the Fort Ross Seed Fund.

Nikolay Davydov will also become an investor in the fund and will participate in the search for investments and managing the portfolio of the third fund under the management of Fort Ross Ventures, aimed at investing in startups in the early stages: Round A and the sowing stage. Nikolai will focus on investments in companies with Russian-speaking founders growing in international markets.
