2021: Sale of exclusive rights to the Outpost computer attack detection system

2018: Acquisition of 69% stake in Avalanche Pulse

In February 2018, it became known that the Russian Science-Intensive Technologies (RNT) company, a system integrator and developer of information security tools, acquired a controlling stake in Avalanche Pulse (69.22% of the shares). The seller was Air-Cinema, a company close to the structures of Said Kerimov. The remaining 30.78% of the shares belong to the general director and founder of Avalanche Pulse Andrei Masalovich.
