Career

Held a position of the leading consultant of Salesforce in CT Consulting and was responsible for product introduction of vendor in the large companies from pharmaceutical, bank, FMCG-and the CPG industries. In CT Consulting Victor as a timlid implemented several large projects on product introduction of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) in the companies from pharmaceutical, bank, FMCG-and the CPG industries.

In pharmaceutical company Glenmark he was responsible for data analysis and setup of the CRM system of Salesforce which was used by 250 medical representatives and area managers.

Developed the IT tool for management of the frequency of visits which are made by the field staff of the company – Thermal Cards. Created and implemented a system for work planning of medical representatives: it allowed them to see the KPI and to create the plan of visits for three months ahead.

At the beginning of 2019 he became the Russia's first certified consultant according to the solution Marketing Cloud and in 2020 started own blog about this product mysfcloud.com/.

2020: The head of Salesforce in Navicon

On October 15, 2020 the system integrator and Navicon developer announced start of development of the direction of Salesforce. Victor Nazarenko became his head.

Victor Nazarenko works with CRM systems since 2011, including more than five years with solutions of Salesforce.

In Navicon Victor Nazarenko is responsible for development of the direction of Salesforce, including for training of employees in work with products of vendor, interaction with it and implementation project implementation. Also Victor is going to make use of the experience for creation with the Navicon command of new tools based on Salesforce for the solution of specific industry business needs.

I am glad that I can scale the accumulated experience, building the young direction in Navicon.
