IT Infrastructure Development
On January 20, 2022, X-Com announced a project to develop the information system of the Scientific and Technical Center "Protection" (STC "Protection") - a structural unit of the corporation "Roscosmos." Dozens of workplaces of employees of the enterprise are equipped with X-Com computers and copy-and-print equipment.
The X-Com project team conducted an audit of the customer's IT infrastructure and analyzed the requirements of specialists of various profiles for the composition of workplaces and computer performance. Based on the data received, a proposal for its scaling was developed and a technical specification of the recommended equipment was compiled.
The project used computers and workstations of our own production X-Com, manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the customer. This made it possible to create a solution with the best price/performance and the best fit for employees. To work with paper documentation MFP Kyocera , 2235 dn were included in the workstations. The equipment is integrated into the information system of the enterprise, the necessary commissioning work has been carried out.
Scaling the Customer Equipment Fleet
On February 11, 2021, X-Com announced the completion of a project to scale the customer equipment fleet of the Okhrana Scientific and Technical Center (Okhrana STC), a structural unit of the Roscosmos state corporation. Dozens of workplaces are equipped with customer-friendly computers and laptops.
The X-Com team audited the customer's current IT infrastructure, including firmware, network solutions, and client systems. The company's work processes and tasks performed by specialists of various profiles were also analyzed. As a result, a set of recommendations for the organization of workplaces was developed and technical specifications of equipment were compiled.
Jobs are organized on the basis of Lenovo ThinkBook 15-IIL laptops and X-Com computers manufactured on the basis processors Intel of various specialists. This approach made it possible to create a solution with a favorable price/performance indicator and minimize the project budget due to the lack of overpayments for excess functionality. The equipment is integrated into the customer's information system, its installation and configuration have been completed.
The project contractor was selected on the basis of an open tender, the participants of which were to have confirmed experience in cooperation with Russian enterprises in the aerospace industry.
The company's quality management system complies with the international standard ISO 9001-2011 (ISO 9001-2008). All equipment undergoes multi-stage testing at all stages of production and is accompanied by a three-year manufacturer's warranty. X-Com has its own service center and a constantly supported warehouse of spare parts to ensure that any problems that arise in the operation of computer equipment are quickly resolved.

This made it possible to create a solution with the best price/performance indicators and most accurately corresponding to the tasks of the employees of the enterprise. The contractor for the work was determined on the basis of an open tender. Along with the price proposal, the tender commission evaluated the experience of candidates in implementing projects similar in scope and nature[1]
