Biography

Was born on July 31, 1969 in Mednogorsk of the Orenburg region.

In 1992 graduated from the Orenburg polytechnical institute (since 1996 - the Orenburg state university) in "industrial electronics".

In 2002 in absentia graduated from the Orenburg state agricultural university majoring in "finance and the credit".

Career

1988: Service in KVVKIU RV

From 1988 to 1989 underwent conscription service in the Kazan highest military command and engineering college of rocket troops (it is closed in 2011).

1992: Orenburgenergo

After the termination of institute in August, 1992 began to work as the software engineer in Computer Center of JSC Orenburgenergo.
