Born in 1960 in Magnitogorsk.

Education

1982: PSI

In 1982 he graduated from the Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute (since 1997 - South Ural State University (SUSU)), specialty: economics and management in construction, qualification: engineer-economist.

At the beginning of his career, he worked as the head of the planning department of the Construction Department of the Magnitostroy Trust in Magnitogorsk.

Then he worked as deputy manager of the Right-Bank branch of Chelindbank.
