2025: 6.5% increase in net income to ₽2,048 billion
According to the results of 2024, Chelindbank increased net profit according to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) by 6.5% to ₽2,048 billion. Pre-tax profit rose 13.2% to $ ₽2,719 billion. The bank announced this on April 21, 2025, publishing its consolidated financial statements.
According to Finmarket, the assets of the credit institution under IFRS increased by 0.1% and reached ₽82,945 billion. Total liabilities at the end of 2024 decreased by 2% to ₽66,145 billion. Net interest income of the group amounted to ₽6,072 billion, which is 35.1% more than in 2023.
The bank's loan portfolio showed significant growth - loans and advances to customers (after deducting provisions for expected credit losses) increased by 15.3% to ₽42,791 billion. At the same time, customer funds grew slightly - by 0.3%, amounting to a similar amount of ₽42,791 billion.
The consolidated financial statements include the performance of Chelindbank and its subsidiaries. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, the bank owns 100% in the authorized capital of Chelyabinsk Industrial Leasing Company LLC.
The accounts state that the group's shareholders "are mainly bank executives and their family members." According to the list of affiliates at the beginning of 2023, the main shareholders of Chelindbank are members of its board of directors: Liubov Litvinenko (11.22% of the authorized capital), Vera Klepikova (9.99%), Tatyana Kosovskaya (3.81%). Also, significant stakes are owned by members of the bank's board Stanislav Andryushchenko (9.84%) and Marina Vlasenko (9.33%), and a subsidiary of Chelindleasing Bank owns 4.125% of the shares.
At the end of 2024, Chelindbank took 81st place in terms of assets in the Interfax-100 ranking compiled by Interfax-CEA[1]

2020: Death of Mikhail Bratishkin Bank CEO at the age of 97
In December 2020, the founder, CEOs and the largest owner of Chelindbank, Mikhail Bratishkin, died with his family. He led the bank until the age of 97 from self-isolation.
