2020: Implementation of VR technologies in training of managers of the direction of autoleasing

VTB Leasing implements a format of additional training of managers of the direction of autoleasing using VR technologies. The company reported about it on October 22, 2020.

Using the VR technologies modeling typical situations of customer interaction, employees will perfect skills of sales and will be able to adjust the behavior model in the moment, receiving reactions to words and actions.

The pilot project started in three cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kazan. Within three months of 30 employees will master skills of working off of objections in virtual reality. Both experienced workers, and sales managers who recently joined a command will take part in the project.

Still yesterday virtual reality at most of us was associated with computer games and plots of fantastic movies, and use of such technologies in training was difficult even to provide. Now Virtual Reality is a reality in literal sense. The technologies which are actively used in foreign journalism, design, architecture, medicine and other spheres are applied in VTB Group Leasing now. In our company there are different formats of training: the trainings, master classes, fasilitation, webinars, electronic rates, exercise machines training videos. At the same time we are constantly improved and we implement technologies, following global trends, increasing learning efficiency and the involvement of employees into process due to wow-effect.
