Education

1994: CSTU

In 1994 he graduated from Chelyabinsk state a technical university (since 1997 -) South Ural State University with a degree in dynamics and strength with the cars qualification of "mechanical engineer-researcher."

1994: Uralvneshtorgbank

In 1994, he joined a large regional bank, Uralvneshtorgbank, as an operator, specialist in interbank lending, where in 1997 he took the position of head of the department for working with state securities.
