2020: Plans for construction of Mega-DPC Sberbank Southern port 2

At the end of October, 2020 it became known of intention of Sberbank to construct new data center in the southeast of Moscow. Placement of an object is planned to the address: 2nd Yuzhnoportovy Drive, 12a, body 1, ownership 12A. There is already a mega-DPC of Sberbank Southern port which is considered one of the largest banking centers of data processing in Eastern Europe.

According to the press service of Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development (Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development), except data center in which will place server and network equipment a complex will include the center for rendering services and research and production activity.

Similar investment projects favorably affect development of areas, and in addition such projects will be able to provide with jobs of citizens — the chairman of the Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development Yuliana Knyazheskaya said.

According to her, on the website "Active Citizen" till November 1, 2020 there will pass public discussions of the project of making changes in rules of land use and building of Moscow concerning the territory across the address: 2nd Yuzhnoportovy Drive, 12a, building 1; vl. 12A. To ask questions to consultants and to make offers on this project it is possible using a special form on the website "Active Citizen" in the section of electronic public discussions. All offers will be considered by developers of projects.

Also Sberbank is going to construct DPC in the Saratov region. The volume of expected investments is 30 billion rubles, within the project creation thousands of new jobs is planned. The region offered the investor the platform in the city of Balakovo where there is an access to high power powers and advantages of the special economic zone, the governor of the Saratov region Valery Radayev reported.[1]
