2020: Automation of routine processes

Developed by Kleverens company, the resident Klastera of information technologies of Skolkovo Foundation, the software for automation of warehouse processes is implemented in retail chain stores of TechnoNIKOL. On October 30, 2020 the Skolkovo Foundation reported about it. It allowed the retailer to set full control over all movements of products – from transactions of acceptance before shipment and inventory.

Automation of routine processes is performed using a data collection terminal and the PROF Driver program for "1C: Enterprise" on the basis of Mobile SMARTS.

The management of retail chain stores came to a conclusion that in processes of acceptance and shipment of goods it is necessary to use labels with a barcode as there is a rule of commodity accounting in warehouses. Only this system allows to exclude errors at acceptance and shipment. For implementation the software PROF Driver with simple and convenient functionality and ready integration with 1C was offered. Data retrieveds already allow to speak about cost efficiency of implementation of the project.

The complexity of the solution will allow to avoid further the errors caused by a human factor: overload, resort, plunders. The system of Kleverens is developed especially for management of warehouse logistics therefore is also able to exercise control of stocks and correctness of write-off of products, management of reservation and so forth.

In a month the software PROF Driver was finished under internal business processes of our retail chain stores. 90 jobs in 25 warehouses became completely mobile. In plans for the next year there is a task to scale twice quantity of the mobile jobs equipped with data collection terminals and the software from "Kleverens".

Specialists of retail chain stores noted that automation of a warehouse provides increase in processing speed of orders, and the speed of accomplishment of warehouse transactions increases together with increase in capacity of the warehouse. There is an optimization of use of the available areas and losses of products at reduction of volumes of routine work are substantially reduced.
