Cleverence — the Russian developer of mobile systems of accounting by barcodes and radio-frequency tags for the solution of business challenges in retail and wholesale trade, the production organizations, the oil-extracting companies and also in the organizations of public sector.

Developments

According to information for February, 2021 Cleverence creates not only new software products and integration, but also the technology mobile platform Mobile SMARTS on which all software products of Kleverens function. Software products with an open architecture are configured under features and requirements of this or that business. In case of need it is possible to enter completions under new needs of the companies there.

Use of software products of Kleverens allows to exclude paper accounting and document flow or to use at the minimum level of opportunities of ERP or the accounting systems (mainly SAP, 1C), to optimize business processes and to lower costs. It leads to growth of revenue and improving competitiveness for the companies. Business processes become mobile and effective.

Ready integration more than with 80 accounting and trading systems on the platform "1C: Enterprise" SAP, Microsoft allows to implement Dynamics quickly software.

History

2021

By 2021 in a portfolio of the company solutions on all commodity groups which require work with obligatory marking are presented.

For February, 2021 there are more than 114,000 users in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, China, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Moldova, the Kyrgyz republic, in Ukraine.

The company totals more than 700 partners who are engaged in distribution, implementation and development of own solutions on the Mobile SMARTS platform.

2020

The Kleverens company works more than 15 years at the market of mobile automation of linear personnel (storekeepers, sellers, couriers and so on). So automates all those people who do not sit at office at the computer, and do the work on departure, in fields.

By the end of the first quarter 2020 the quantity of the jobs automated by the software of the company "Kleverens was more than 48,000 pieces, and the number of successfully implemented projects reached 2000.

In 2020 the company became the resident of Skolkovo Foundation, having received additional motivation for continuation of the research activity, conducting new developments and improvement of software products.

2015: Start of release of industry solutions for work with the marked products

Since 2015 the Kleverens company began release of industry solutions, in connection with implementation of the state program of system implementation of marking in Russia, for work with the marked products.

2013: Services, solutions and mission of Kleverens

As of August, 2013 the main profile of activity of Kleverens company is development and sale of the ready ("boxed") software for automation of activity of the enterprises by means of mobile devices, technology of barcoding and radio frequency identification.

Services and solutions of the company:

• automation of work of a warehouse, electronic document management;
• collecting of the reporting for the accounting systems — distributed systems of data collection, integration of information systems;
• Software for mobile devices with the built-in scanners of barcodes and RFID tags;
• Software for mobile devices for automation of work of sales force and questioning.
