The FPS buys gauze medical masks for 839 million rubles

At the end of October, 2020 about 35 million gauze medical masks for the amount of 839.3 million rubles became known of purchase by the Federal Penitentiary Service (FPS) of the Russian Federation (23.98 rubles apiece). The Delrus company acted as the only supplier of these products.

Under the terms of the tender, the winner will have to ship till October 30, 2020 to 64 FPS organizations all volume of the ordered products. Most of all masks are delivered in Managements of FPS across Krasnodar Krai (6 million masks), Nizhny Novgorod (4.8 million masks), Kemerovo (2.6 million masks), Novosibirsk to areas (2.4 million masks) and also the Republic of Udmurtia (2 million masks).

Procurement is conducted without carrying out tender at the uniform supplier on the basis of the order of Government of the Russian Federation No. 1901-r of July 23, 2020, the document is not published on the official Internet portal of legal information. The contract was signed on September 18, 2020, reported on the website of the Unified information system in the field of purchases.

Delrus at the same time can make means of protecting in colonies — in March the companies issued the registration certificate on masks where production sites specify more than 100 organizations of FPS.

In June, 2020 it was reported that from February of Delrusu orders for deliveries of masks, protective suits and points in public institutions for 3.5 billion rubles got. The Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov advanced the idea about the only supplier in the spring. The fund of development of the industry at Minpromtorg issued for Delrus a preferential loan for 2 billion rubles for purchase of medical products abroad.

Delrus LLC received the registration certificate on gauze masks with the production addresses at 147 enterprises of Russia, including Bosco factory, the enterprises of the Russian Defense Ministry and also 111 colonies of FPS.^[1]
