Sevastopol will start state services in electronic form with assistance of AT Consulting the East

2020: Digitalization of state services

On November 2, 2020 it became known that the East company AT Consulting (enters into League of Digital Economy) develops the system of providing public services in electronic form in the city of Sevastopol. Within the project the functionality on acceptance of state services extends, business process automation is carried out, the regional segment SIEI is upgraded. Formed a technology basis domestic to software based on open source, developed by the East company AT Consulting.

The East AT Consulting command expanded opportunities for rendering state services in electronic form in the city of Sevastopol. The functionality on reception of applications not only via the regional portal of state services, but also from external information systems by means of SIEI is implemented. The possibility of filing of applications and tracking of their consideration on mobile devices is created.

For the centralized collecting of statistics on providing state services and to interdepartmental interaction integration SIEI with the regional segment acting in the mode of the transit bus is implemented. Also within the project the functionality of the module RPGU for acceptance of the statuses of statements from external information systems through SIEI is updated, there is a technical support of the developed solutions.

These steps will allow to expand the list of electronic state services for residents of Sevastopol, to make more convenient process of interaction of citizens with public authorities. The digital products Smart-Kit and Smart-Route which are developed the East companies AT Consulting based on open source-solutions are used for technology project implementation and enter the register of domestic software.

The government of Sevastopol takes comprehensive measures on development of the gosuslugi92.ru portal and its internal information systems. The main objective is pro-active rendering public services: at the request for state service in a declarative form it will be required to collect the minimum document package. Development of a regional segment SIEI will allow us to solve this problem, – Aleksandra Osipova, the chief of Head department of informatization and communication of the city of Sevastopol noted.

For accomplishment of assigned tasks we used our products Smart-Kit and Smart-Route. These are checked by time and geography (30+ of the subjects of the Russian Federation) solutions which proved from the best side through the whole country. We made a good backlog for digitalization of a public sector of Sevastopol and we hope to continue collaboration in transfer of state services to an electronic form, development of RSMEV and departmental information systems, – Vladimir Vysotsky, the CEO of the East company AT Consulting told.
