2020: Transition to "P7 Office"

On November 9, 2020 it became known that the service of car-sharing Delimobil transferred work of the employees to the Russian office software of "P7 Office". Transition to "P7 Office" allowed to integrate the office software into a corporate cloud of the company and gave to the staff of the company the chance of joint work over documents in the usual interface. The decision on purchase of 400 licenses was adopted according to the results of testing of several office applications on functionality, security and end user performance.

Transition of employees to work with the domestic solution took no more than a week and allowed to avoid programs of stress loads, characteristic of change.

We considered and tested several options of office programs, and selected P7 Office, thanks to its compatibility, a low threshold of entry and simplicity of implementation. As a result our employees had an opportunity of use of flexible software in a tandem with our corporate cloud and also saved usual functionality and simplified the work due to team work online, - the head of department of operation of information technologies of Delimobil Vladislav Dovbysh commented.

P7 Office – the Russian set of office programs including editors of text documents, tables and presentations, preview players of images and video, the platform for joint work and also an organizer with the calendar and an e-mail client.
