The medical center "Elisa" increases efficiency of the employees

The medical center of diagnostics Elisa (Sochi) completed the project of automation on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. The project is executed by 1C-Rarus company.

Increase in quantity of samples which arrive on a research and growth of load of personnel was resulted in need of implementation of an information system which would allow to automate work of staff of laboratory, to increase efficiency of their work, to reduce quantity of errors and manual transactions by preparation of data on analysis results and the reporting, to exclude repeated passing of diagnostics because of data loss.

In a project deliverable registration of information about patients, about the studied material, distribution of materials by jobs and tasks for laboratory assistants is automated. A system provides online access to results of researches, a possibility of analytical processing of data retrieveds. The number of errors and risk of data loss due to influence reduction of "a human factor" is reduced.

The system of formation of protocols on research IFA and PTsR is created. Time for processing and entering of result of a research into an information system is reduced.

Costs of working time of personnel are reduced by 50% by preparation and processings of the current and reporting documentation. Formation and printing of diagrams, accumulation of statistical information is automated.

Payroll is provided to the staff of the company depending on the volume of the executed laboratory researches. Calculation of agency fees to the instances directing to laboratory researches is automated.

The developed and implemented system of the operational notification on analysis results (mailing of SMS messages) to patients and doctors belongs to features of the project. This system is created based on product "1C-Rarus: SMS Communicator".

Further it is going to integrate the accounting system with the medical equipment and chemical analyzers for reduction of manual work of laboratory assistants and operators.
