2020: Optimization of promoaktivnost
On November 9, 2020 it became known that the Construction yard Tyumen optimizes promo the prices using SAS and Croc. As well as need of implementation of analytical solutions and advantage which they give for increase in efficiency and transparency of business understands many companies, the Construction yard. The customer decided not just to purchase a ready-made product, and to create data-office and to increase own examination.
As the technology partner the CROC IT company was selected.
The project was initiated to automate and accelerate all processes connected with start, carrying out and efficiency analysis of promoaktivnost. In particular, will be implemented the post-analysis promo and assessment of results of actions, calculations of elasticity, selection and search of goods analogs, impact assessment of promoaktivnost on financial performance of the company. Also during the project there will be tasks which have no standard solution, for example, assessment of true efficiency promo taking into account cannibalization and a halo effects which are summed up with each other. Planning processes promo will be approved and integrated with other processes among which there is a replenishment action process.
All analytical tools are implemented based on the SAS Viya platform.
Thanks to project implementation, the company will be able to increase quantity of the started promoaktivnost, to raise a share of promochek, revenue and in general a gross income due to efficiency promo.
The project for the solution of analytical tasks within promo not only which the Construction yard wants to implement using products of SAS the company has big plans for the solution of various analytical tasks. In addition to analytical tasks creation of interfaces is planned that will allow to create a uniform workplace for the category manager for effective decision making.
This project is considered in the company as the base for building of analytical center and creation of internal analytical examination.
We decided to create full-fledged data-office in the company since we understand that without it it is impossible to be competitive in the construction market. And we consider this project as the base for positive structural changes of processes, building of culture of work with data and increases in transparency of promoaktivnost. Management of promoaktivnost and their optimization is one of key processes in retail.
