As part of the project, a calendar for booking parking spaces has been introduced. Now guests can see up-to-date information about the availability of parking spaces and make a reservation in real time, and synchronization with the access system has greatly simplified the control of parking occupancy. The system covers the entire main territory of the complex and takes into account both online bookings and applications made by the administrator.

The Black List system was also developed, aimed at restricting access for guests who do not comply with the rules. The system checks guests' details at the next booking and blocks applications of those who have been blacklisted. Flexible settings allow you to set both temporary and permanent restrictions on re-entry and reservation of rooms and services by violators. This helps to maintain order and security on site.

The key challenges of the project were the need to implement special functional requests of the customer and integration with the internal systems of PAO Severstal.
