"The first Bit" announced on November 10, 2020 integration of 1C systems with the Virtual warehouse of Bacardi.

Specialists of The First Beat company organized transition of program 1C to the 3rd edition, integrated it with the Virtual warehouse, having prepared a system for the statement of accompanying waybills on goods. Upgrade of functionality and completion provided decrease in labor costs by 25% in Bacardi.

Management accounting, trade operations, work of a warehouse and logistics of the enterprise are completely automated now. Regulated accounting corresponds to last modifications of the legislation.

Prior to changes of business processes the company worked in a system "with 1C: Management of trade enterprise". For November, 2020 this solution is not supported by the developer while rules and the legislation change and activity of the company had to it correspond. Besides "Bacardi-Martini Kazakhstan" needed to keep account of the movement of products through the Virtual warehouse, from here and the urgent need of change and automation of new business processes appeared.

Initially there were several tasks: keep account of movement of goods through the Virtual warehouse that could not be executed in the current system, also because of work with excise goods there was a problem of loading and unloading of data from external sources. The second task – to optimize time for making changes on discounts which became manually on certain positions and for certain companies.

For the solution of the matters specialists of the First Bit suggested to implement two programs: 1C: Accounting and 1C: Trade Management — for Kazakhstan, and to make edition 3.0 integration of systems with the Virtual warehouse and SNT. During the project the additional processings facilitating loading and unloading of data for logisticians were created. The system of booking is created: both wholesale, and retail clients of "Bacardi-Martini Kazakhstan" at order placement to products send requests to the company now in the Excel file template then the order automatically is entirely loaded into the created system. Further in a warehouse on this basis there is collecting and sending the order and formation of the closing documents: account of the invoice and delivery notes. The "quoting" added by specialists allows to make changes in large quantities on discounts for certain goods and on the clients who executed "over the plan", having excluded expensive manual work on piece making changes. Thus clients quickly receive relevant invoices for payment taking into account all available discounts corresponding to the relevant status on the client.

Key project deliverables:

  • labor costs in divisions of accounting and logistics were reduced by 25% on all manual transactions and customer interaction
  • the customer loyalty, thanks to leveling of errors and warning of incidents with them on incorrectly entered discounts because of a human factor raised
  • terms of reflection of data in the IC ESF system were reduced by 20% due to direct exchange with the Virtual warehouse and 1C
  • need to unload documents via XTML files, thanks to direct exchange with 1C disappeared
  • collecting of orders and formation of documents for shipment accelerated
  • there was a possibility of mass making changes in the system of customer orders taking into account quoting
  • integration of Virtual warehouse 1C taking into account appropriate sources of goods origin and also write-off of a remaining balance is carried out

After the project cooperation of "Bacardi-Martini Kazakhstan" and The First Beat company continues within support of programs for issues of updates of a system and necessary consultations to users.
