Automation of drugstore of Neopharm in Nour-Sultan - will lead to a customer loyalty and profit increase. The company the First Bit reported about it in November, 2020.

Due to the opening of outlet the management of drugstore made the decision to automate all workflows and also to configure all necessary the equipment for compliance to last modifications in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the choice of the contractor of the project stopped on The First Beat company because experts offered full automation, the software, setup of a retail store equipment and also preferential maintenance and personnel training.

Complex approach, terms, and competence of specialists were key factors of the choice of the contractor.

The offer of the First Bit included a retail store equipment and the software to it in a set that allowed to save on an initial stage of opening of drugstore.

Specialists suggested to implement the Drugstore program 1C:Enterprise 8 for Kazakhstan and 1C: Webkassa. Also specialists suggested to configure a razumkomplektation and series-based accounting, i.e. to delivery numbers and expiration dates of goods. This accounting will allow to monitor expiration dates, receipt date of goods for timely implementation and not assumption of sales of drugs expired.

During the project the following works were performed:

• 1C:Enterprise 8 the Drugstore for Kazakhstan is set. Training in introduction of the nomenclature and new types of goods is provided that gave following features:
  • Now the cashier can independently enter the come goods and expand the range of medicines for sale.
    
  • Loading in queues, due to saving of time for determination of existence of goods in drugstore is minimized. At a request of the client of a certain medicine the cashier checks by the name, and sees a remaining balance and cost, without departing from cash desk, in fractions of a second. Without automation such process takes 50% more time as there are also remote warehouses.
    
  • Cards of goods are filled twice quicker as when filling a card of goods are available now: name, structure, cost, component parts of goods, type of packaging and unit of measure. The druggist can offer an analog of medicine which "is tightened" on a line of structure of a product.

• 1C is configured: Webkassa.
  • In 2020 application online of the CR became obligatory for all taxpayers of Kazakhstan. Therefore experts of the First Bit configured payment in drugstore using 1C service: Webkassa. Now sales informations quickly are reflected at the Fiscal data operator.
    
  • Different options of payment are configured: cash, the payment card, payment by gift certificates including the mixed payment is also possible.
    
  • For access isolation to different types of data in an accounting system access rights of the cashier and the head were configured.

• Integration with a retail store equipment is carried out.
  For convenience of customer service specialists suggested to use in drugstore a monoblock touch. It allows to see to the client the total amount of purchase. The printer of checks prints checks for issue to clients.
  
  For convenience of tracking of movement of goods from receiving before sale at a goods receipt for it labels with indication of data from an accounting system are printed and pasted on goods.
  • Then by means of the barcode scanner the goods are scanned and displayed on the PC and a touch monoblock, released to the client, and operations on purchase are displayed in a system: the name of goods, measurement unit, the received amount and delivery, goods quantity are reflected in checks and in the report in 1C:Enterprise 8 Drugstore for Kazakhstan.

Also by means of the scanner it is possible to perform inventory of goods.

• Access for the head to purchase management and stocks and also control of settlement.
  • The head sees sales informations, amount of sale by goods, on payment types (the card, credit cards, cash) and also a remaining balance on warehouses, orders at suppliers. There is an opportunity to configure a certain limit of goods which will show the minimum remaining balance.
  • Accurate accounting of settlement with suppliers. The report allows to see turnover on the amount and goods with a certain supplier.

We opened drugstore and decided to automate everything at once. Specialists of the First Bit implemented solutions and set up a retail store equipment. The cashier is trained, carries out implementation of drugs using a retail store equipment. We see all movements in program 1C. Data on settlings with clients go through 1C at once: Webkassa in tax, according to the legislation of Kazakhstan, - Umbetova Zhuldyz Nurlanova, the director of Neopharm.
