Analysts of the personnel market found out that when choosing work location the Russian IT specialists more than other professional workers, in addition to the decent salary pay attention to a possibility of free training at the expense of the employer, a power supply and existence of a VHI insurance.

The research center of the recruiting SuperJob portal found out, than today it is possible to attract the professional, not only having increased his motivation, but also "having inspired" love to the one and only employer. Now, when the salary in each professional sphere is defined, skilled workers need be "enticed" well completed social package, HR specialists say.

During the special research of compensation preferences conducted by SuperJob.ru in comparison with other office employees the most curious results were shown by IT specialists. So, 54% IT shnikov voted for a possibility of training at the expense of the employer, 41% - for existence of VHI. Important was a free power supply in a workplace (it was selected by 39% of respondents) and also sports bonuses (payment of sports club and the pool, 31% voted for them) and payment of mobile communication and the Internet (22%).

It is curious that more often the thirst for knowledge is shown not by young specialists to whom, apparently, still to study and study, and mature "IT specialists" aged from 45 up to 55 years (60%). Besides, every fifth "IT specialist" dreams of irregular working hours (20%), and 15% of respondents would like to work far off.

As Alexey Zakharov, the president of the recruiting Superjob portal told TAdviser, training at work is not so significant for other working Russians (it was selected only by 43% of other specialists). Results on point VHI at the IT pro match the others, here too 41%. However, other specialists also treat "free food" much more modestly, only 33% of Russians voted for it. "In other words: "Study, be treated and in time to have dinner" - the motto of the modern IT specialist", - the expert summarized.

"Statistics of the SuperJob.ru portal looks quite plausibly. It is possible to add convenient location of office, ergonomic jobs to the three of the leading positions", - Natalya Chisler, the director of Teknavo selection commented on data. According to her, in the IT environment the question of deduction and involvement of talented specialists therefore the companies try to provide to the employees the improved option of a social package is very important.

According to her, the pacing motivating factor for an IT shnika is after all interesting challenges. With this opinion also the vice president for HR T-Systems CIS, Andrey Golomazov is solidary: "IT specialists first of all are interested in an opportunity for work with the latest technologies and experience of the international projects", - he says.

Softline told that when forming a compensation packet of employees stake on several points at once - it is medicine and sport, free training, communication payment, social payments. "These options are very important when it comes about motivation of personnel. Such advantages promote creation of collective "strong" in every respect", - Natalya Tymoschuk, the manager on internal communications of Softline company noted.

According to Andrey Vilkov, the head of development department of personnel of NVision Group, the fact that more than a half of IT specialists aim at new knowledge - "is unsurprising". "The IT industry develops more dynamically, than others: go two continuous interconnected process - improvement of technologies, the software and increase in insistence of the customer to quality of the provided services. With respect thereto to the employees to have constantly to increase the professional competences", - he says.
