2020: Start of a pilot project Mobile office
In VTB Leasing the pilot stage of the Mobile Office strategic project in which about 300 employees from different divisions of the company will take part starts. It became known on November 18, 2020.
Self-isolation and transition to remote work allowed to test our readiness for implementation of mobile office and to get invaluable experience which we considered at a project startup. We expect that such approach to the organization of activity will allow to provide the continuity of business processes and also to increase attractiveness of the company in the opinion of applicants, - Diana Grinis noted. |
The concept of "mobile office" represents a complex of solutions in the field of personnel management, IT infrastructure and information security, tools for preserving and increase in efficiency of activity of employees in the conditions of completely remote or mixed work formats.
The mobile office assumes three formats of work: "office", "house office" and "house" depending on functions which are performed by employees. A part of a command, whose functionality it is connected with paper document flow and representative functions, will continue work from office and will have the fixed jobs. The house office format using flexible jobs will be applicable to employees who can a part of time work far off, and to visit office only for holding meetings, solutions of the urgent questions and other similar tasks requiring personal presence. The workplace will be armored in this case through the system developed by programmers of the company. Employees with completely digital functionality will pass to a permanent remote format. For them the possibility of visit of office will also be provided and, if necessary, jobs in co-working zones are selected.
We calculate that transition to mobile office will positively affect the involvement of personnel. According to our internal polls, 93% of employees among positive aspects of remote work note saving of time for the road, and 65% - considerable reducing costs of transport, lunches and other. Besides, the geography of search of candidates will become limited only to technical capabilities of a specific location. For example, the specialist can carry out the tasks, being in other city, thanks to the unrolled IT infrastructure, remote access in corporate network, the adjusted audio-and video conference and also an opportunity to manage tasks and to approve the working schedule in a remote format using the automated solutions also developed by programmers of the company.
