The developer of a digital ecosystem Edisoft implemented EdiCourier service in logistics of Raiffeisenbank. It became known on November 18, 2020. Raiffeisenbank develops network of own exit consultants for delivery of maps and documents at a remote design of banking products. The company came to a conclusion that at the certain volumes of deliveries to the city such specialists can provide more accurate communication for clients and increase the speed of delivery of bank cards and documents in comparison with external courier services.

EdiCourier service using Yandex. Routings calculates optimal routes by different criteria of unloading of exit consultants, taking into account traffic jams and a method of movement. According to the results of a pilot project Raiffeisenbank managed to increase a share of the orders for 13% delivered next day and to reduce the cost of one delivery.
EdiCourier is a flexible solution. First, a system is integrated with any internal system of bank on any channels and protocols.
