2020: Representation of mobile application of EdiCourier

The Edisoft system integrator at the beginning of 2020 provided mobile application of EdiCourier for automation of courier services of distributors, online stores, banks, retailers. The solution helps to cut down operating expenses on back office and to arrange work of exit employees.

As noted in Edisoft, the Russian market of the product delivery, bank cards, Internet orders is one of the most fast-growing in the world. But this business inevitably faces the considerable order amount which account goes on hundreds of thousands and millions control automation problems. EdiCourier is intended for the companies which do not want to spend time and resources on development of IT solutions by own efforts. The application is flexibly configured under business processes, allowing to accelerate and arrange work of delivery at the minimum labor costs.

Study of routes and scheduling of requests forces business to expand staff of office employees occupied with service of exit workers. At the same time, the human factor at data processing, does not consider, for example, a stopper or repair of streets. The EdiCourier application is integrated with Yandex service. Routing. It allows to take a road situation and features of points into account, to make routes based on calls, to monitor movement of couriers in the online mode, to distribute tasks taking into account professional skills of employees – their competence, efficiency, a movement method, claim in Edisoft.

According to the developer, for couriers in the application necessary tools for work are provided in "field" conditions:

  • Contacts and addresses of visits of clients per day
  • Possibility of a call or sending SMS messages to the client
  • Configured the check sheets for holding meetings
  • Photofixing of results of work. Unit of the final status for each delivery.

The manager or the supervisor through a web office of the application can appoint tasks to the employees and contractors of specific deliveries, to edit roles of users, to fix results of communication with clients, to unload detailed reports, to distribute clients between couriers on territorial or product sign.

As of March, 2020 EdiCourier in the basic assembly is available to any corporate users. The application supports integration with third-party software for unloading of data on orders.
