Before implementation specialists carried out carried out detailed diagnostics of process of a contracted work to the companies and revealed the following areas for improvement:

  • Ensuring use by initiators of agreements of relevant templates;
  • Simplification of search and the choice of the necessary template of the agreement for initiators;
  • Simplification of the choice of variable provisions of the agreement by the initiator (hint);
  • Reduction of quantity of errors in the draft agreements created on the basis of templates;
  • Reduction of terms of approval of agreements;
  • Reduction of labor costs of lawyers for focusing on highly risk and strategic questions (on lawyers there was essential loading in connection with errors in the draft agreements transferred to them to approval);
  • Reduction of labor costs on maintenance and updating of base of templates of contractual documentation – about 400 templates (in particular, at change of the legislation on the VAT, identical provision contained practically in all agreements, and lawyers of the company changed it in several hundred templates).

In a project deliverable, lasting 9 months, together with The First BIT command, the universal solution "was developed by LegalPRO: The designer of documents for business" based on the 1C: Document Flow configuration which was implemented in the company with the number of users about 3000 employees. For November, 2020 a system is put into commercial operation. Using implementation of this solution, we achieved the objects set for the project:

  • Develop a flexible solution of the class "Designer of Documents" on the 1C Platform which can be implemented in any company for automation of preparation of documents based on templates
  • Organize centralized accounting of all document templates that facilitates search and the choice of a necessary template and excludes risks of loss of documents;
  • Increase quality of contractual compliance in the companies and effective management of contractual risks;
  • Automate and increase efficiency of process of preparation and approval of the agreements and contractual documents created on the basis of the templates approved in the company
  • Increase efficiency and quality of updating of base of templates of contractual documents of the company

Project implementation allowed the company:

  • Provide use by initiators of agreements of relevant templates and reduce quantity of errors to 1%;
  • To create contractual documents quicker and to reduce labor costs of business divisions by their creation on average twice, including due to study of all features of the company at implementation;
  • Reduce the term of approval of agreements by 65%;
  • Reduce labor costs of legal department of the company by updating of base of document templates for 80%.
