Gladkov should fit well into the operating region perspective, to get on with the acting structure of the government of the region, to harmonize a situation and to continue creative affairs in which the Belgorod region always differed. The acting has every chance to become the full-fledged head of the region if is able to provide succession of the power — Savchenko (the quote by TASS) said.[1]
