Taxcom developed and implemented software for marking of the VFC footwear

2020: Implementation of software for marking of footwear

Before introduction of obligatory marking of footwear in the Russian department of VFC company two main systems where account of the shipped products is kept were used: JBA and Rfxcel. On November 23, 2020 the Taxcom company reported about it.

Being one of krupnykhdistribyyutor of branded clothes, VFC delivered footwear from the European warehouse to legal entities – wholesalers – in Russia. At the same time the company sold goods to the adjacent countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU): to Armenia, to Belarus, to Kazakhstan and to Kyrgyzstan.

Not all wholesale clients of VFC with whom the company works on footwear of The North Face and Vans brands were ready to accept codes of marking through UPD and e-document flow. They asked temporarily, yet will not set E-DOCUMENT FLOW- software to transmit them codes through a system "Fair Sign".

To manually transfer in Fair SIGN data from volume delivery notes – to thousands of units – difficult and long.

The solution was created on the basis of the program of Taxcom Assistant – the universal connector for any accounting or ERP-sictem, organizing work with electronic documents and marking.

Individually developed for needs of the customer of Taxcom and configured the converter function for automation of actions with the marked goods.

Purpose of the converter – automatic comparison and consolidation of information from several files created in different programs, in one.xml file – ideal for sending to Fair SIGN and to partners conforming to standards of FTS.

At first, according to the recommendation Taxcom, VFC company made the reference book in the Excel format with separation of partners into three groups:

• the domestic legal persons wholesalers working with e-document flow;
• the domestic legal persons wholesalers who are not working with e-document flow or persons interested to accept codes of marking according to the simplified diagram;
• legal persons wholesalers are nonresidents of Russia.

For business processes of VFC specialists of Taxcom specially configured and automated "Assistent-Konverter" as follows.

At sale of a batch of the marked footwear the Assistent-Konverter utility automatically analyzes and compares data from two the customer's e-document flow programs – from JBA and from Rfxcel – and also verifies what of three groups the partner wholesaler to whom it is going to deliver these goods treats.

Further, depending on the acquired information "Assistent-Konverter" works on one of three scenarios:

• automatically creates the formalized UPD with codes of marking in the form of the.xml file – to the Russian wholesaler working with e-document flow;
• automatically creates the simplified file of a format of Fair SIGN with the codes of marking output from turnover – to the Russian wholesaler who is not working with e-document flow or the person interested to accept codes of marking simply;
• the document of a format of Fair SIGN for an output of the marked goods from the Russian goods turnover at sale to the EEU countries.

In this case the Assistent-Konverter software product not only analyzes and will transform files to the formats required to the customer, but also serves as integrator with Fair SIGN.
