Understanding these problems, Autodesk 10 years ago began developing the BIM 360 platform, which was transformed into Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). This platform is deployed to all stages of the construction lifecycle and is supplemented with modules for each participant, covering the entire ecosystem of the project.

In the fall of 2021, the platform was replenished with important functional additions for managing documents, budget, project, quality and security. For example, a function has been added for holding meetings in digital format with the possibility of creating an agenda and delegating tasks within a given agenda with specific deadlines for the execution of certain project participants. At the conclusion of the meeting, the agenda and tasks become the minutes of the meeting, and the tasks assigned to specific participants fall into their personal account. Also in the platform appeared a card for requesting information from the construction site - RFI.

In addition, the functionality of the schedule appeared in the platform, thanks to which all participants receive up-to-date information about how the project develops. A Cost Management () module has also been added Budget Management to track project expenditures.

The construction reporting module has also been updated. It now displays the form in the editable\non-editable PDF template. And in order not to get entangled in the array of project information, the system already has dashboards - "Home Page," which shows individual tasks and important updates for each employee and the "Insight" module for managers, reflecting the detailed analytics about the progress of the project.
