The company implements call centers based on the Asterisk IP PBX.

Offers the inexpensive and quickly developed software for creation of corporate contact center. A system does not require existence of automatic telephone exchange or other expensive equipment. Everything that is necessary, is the selected computer and the media gateway included in the communication line.

It is supposed that the call center will work in the local area network of the company. Operators will accept calls and to make calls by the set rules. All negotiations of employees with clients and partners register and are available to listening at any time.

The functionality of call center also includes: voice menu, IVR, routing of calls, answering machine, system of a call-back, fax mailing and many other things.

Also Contact center offers the program for mailing of SMS, mobile marketing and SMS informing. With its help it is possible to send SMS to an unlimited number of subscribers and to perform different marketing actions. The program has rich functionality for carrying out SMS of mailings.

Mailing of SMS can be performed both via GSM modems, and by means of connection to SMS to the gateway of the cellular operator. Together with the program the CRM system which facilitates accounting of contact persons and allows to create of them selections for mailing of SMS is delivered.
