The Rocket platform is integrated with Gosklyuch and has an electronic signature for document management on business trips. Rocket (raketa.travel) announced this on November 15, 2023.

Thanks to this, business tourists, employees of companies can now sign documents in electronic form, speeding up business processes by transferring document flow from paper to electronic format.

The State Key mobile application integrated with Raketa was created with the support of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development specifically for signing documents online. This convenient and safe service creates an electronic signature certificate (EP) for free and in a couple of minutes the user can sign documents that will be legally valid.

On the Rocket platform, for example, employees can form and sign electronic signature advance reports on the results of business trips. The traveler needs to make only a few clicks: create a report, click on the "Sign in the State Key" button, go to the "State Key" mobile application and follow the prompts on the screen.

After sending to the State Key, the document must be signed within 24 hours. Once the traveler has done so in the app, the status of the document changes to Signed and returns to Rocket. Here or in the "State Department" it can be downloaded along with the sig signature file. The employer then certifies the document in its accounting system.

If, for some reason, the employee wants to refuse to sign the document, he can do this and the status will change to Rejected. You can certify digital documents on business trips to the "State Department" within 24 hours, after which their status changes to "Outdated."

Business tourists do not need to carry out any special procedures to use the "State Department" in travel documents. It is only necessary to enter the SNILS number into the employee's profile in the Rocket: it is by it that the State Key identifies the employee, as well as install the State Key mobile application and receive an electronic signature certificate.

Using the capabilities of the mobile EP (the "State Key" application) when organizing business trips in Rocket and signing documents in digital format allows companies to:
