Novikombank, the reference bank of State corporation Rostec, completed implementation a chat platform of century remote channels of service. The project on start of an online chat is implemented in cooperation with the company BSS and IT- the company Webim. Announced this BSS on November 25, 2020.

The online chat functions in a personal account in Internet bank and mobile application of "Inter@aktiv" of Novikombank. Clients can quickly get advice on all products and services of bank. It is possible to transfer in a chat not only text messages, but also documents (in the form of investments) and also images.

The solution was implemented on the basis of a chat of Webim which is built in the system of remote banking for retail clients of BSS company. The Webim platform is the Russian financial technical-development.

Use a chat platform will allow clients to get the fast and unrolled advice. For November, 2020 more than a half of consumers of financial services prefer to resolve the arisen issues through digital channels of communication. And really we see that clients very positively react to an online chat using which it is possible to contact the employee of the bank in the comfortable mode — the vice chairman of the board of Novikombank Herman Belous emphasized.
