2016

Confirmed credit rating at B++

Novikombank is the main settlement bank of Rostec enterprises . The bank has been assigned a long-term credit rating in foreign and national currencies from Moody's rating agency at B2.

Favorable changes in Novikombank's activities were recorded by the RAEX rating agency (RA expert), which in July 2016 confirmed Novikombank's creditworthiness rating at B++ "Satisfactory level of creditworthiness," with a "positive" forecast, meaning a high probability of an increase in the rating level in the medium term.

Confirmation of the positive outlook on the rating is associated with the beginning of the implementation of the plans of Rostec State Corporation to increase the capital of the Bank of the first level by the end of 2016. The rating is supported by strong market positions in the service segment of industrial enterprises, acceptable quality of the securities portfolio and good coverage of the costs of providing operations with net interest and commission income.

Rostec brought its stake in Novikombank to 100%
