2021: "The cymric factory of Gorky" invested 81 million rubles in expansion of the plant on production of respirators
At the end of January, 2021 "The cymric factory of Gorky" announced investment of 81 million rubles into expansion of the plant on production of respirators. The production line started in the Tver region was the largest in own way in Russia — medical and industrial respirators of a class of protection of FFP2 and FFP3 in number of 4 million pieces a month will be made there. 2020: Selection of 27.58 billion rubles within the program
At the end of November, 2020 it became known that the Fund of Development of the Industry (FDI) selected 27.58 billion rubles for production of drugs and medical products for fight against COVID-19 coronavirus. 95 projects, says Minpromtorg are in total financed.
At the end of March, 2020 the IDF started the Counteraction to Epidemic Diseases program which assumes financing of the enterprises which are turning out the equipment and products for fight against epidemic diseases and also individual protection equipment. For these purposes the Government of the Russian Federation selects 25 billion rubles, 4.7 billion more rubles are redistributed within the FARMA state program.
The greatest amount was received by projects on production of medicines – 9.69 billion rubles, the volume of loans on production of individual protection equipment was 7.41 billion rubles, on release of the medical equipment – 5.22 billion rubles. It is reported that among SIZ of 2.62 billion rubles it was the share of masks, 1.65 billion rubles — on protective suits, nearly 760 million rubles — on respirators and 542 million rubles were selected for production of points.
Statistics on loans on the medical equipment such:
- to IVL producers selected 2.1 billion rubles;
- on creation of 1.19 billion rubles completing a distance to them;
- recirculators "snipped off" 913 million rubles;
- devices for X-ray received 650 million rubles;
- production of pumps got 250 million rubles;
- 2.534 billion rubles were the share of antiseptics and other means of disinfection;
- production of thermal imagers demanded 1.653 billion rubles of investments;
- 1.33 billion rubles were the share of rapid tests.
For program implementation of IDF it was capitalized for 30 billion rubles. The size of a loan is from 50 to 500 million rubles under 1% per annum for up to two years. In the first year the borrower is exempted from payment of a principal debt.[1]
