The goal of the project was to introduce a single circuit of operational accounting and process management at the enterprise based on "1C:ERP. Enterprise Management 2. "

To achieve the set goals, it was necessary to fulfill the tasks:

  • The ability to promptly obtain up-to-date information on the state of production (total biomass, fish availability by weight categories);
  • Obtain analytical reports on the results of the production process to assess the quality of the purchased raw materials and further optimize this process.
  • Reducing the time to calculate feeding and improving its accuracy due to automation;
  • Reduce the cost of transferring information between process participants (fish farmers, managers, accountants) and prevent duplicate entry of the same information into different information systems;

The following business processes are automated:

  • Procurement (procurement) and supplier relations management, mutual settlements and delivery of orders to suppliers, procurement planning, accounting for non-invoiced deliveries and goods receipt, formation of a payment schedule for suppliers;
  • In terms of production, the processing of subcontracting raw materials, calculation of the standard and actual cost, accounting for production costs, fixed assets and depreciation calculation, accounting for overalls and special equipment are automated;
  • Personnel accounting and payroll planning of employees employment: vacations and/or other activities, application of various motivational schemes, regulated personnel reporting and recording of working hours;
  • In terms of sales, commission and wholesale trade, ordering of buyers and mutual settlements, planning and accounting of sales, formation of a payment receipt schedule, pricing, price lists, calculation of the standard cost of orders are automated
  • The warehouse has automated processes of inventory management, picking, picking and reservation of materials, control and accounting of serial numbers, shelf life and certificates, as well as dispatching of cargo transportation.
  • In terms of financial accounting, the treasury and monitoring of target indicators are automated, and in terms of accounting and tax accounting, accounting is established in separate divisions, bank and cash desk, period completion, intangible assets, fixed assets, accounting for production operations, settlements with counterparties and trading operations are carried out, collection data for regulated reporting is optimized.
