Implementation of a uniform circuit of operational accounting and process management at the enterprise based on "1C:ERP became a project objective . Enterprise management 2".

For achievement of effective objectives it was required to carry out tasks:

• Possibility of operational receiving up-to-date information about a production status (the general biomass, existence of fish on weight categories);
• Obtaining analytical reports based on production process for quality evaluation of the purchased raw materials and further optimization of this process.
• Reduction of time for calculation of feeding and increase in its accuracy due to automation;
• Cost reduction on information transfer between participants of processes (fish breeders, managers, accountants) and prevention of duplicative input of the same information in different information systems;

The following business processes are automated:

• Purchases (supply) and vendor relationship management, settlement and order placement to suppliers, purchase planning, accounting of non-invoiced deliveries and arrival of Inventories, formation of the payment schedule to suppliers;
• Regarding production raw materials supplied by the customer processing, calculation of normative and actual cost, the cost accounting on production, fixed assets and depreciation calculation, accounting of overalls and the special equipment is automated;
• Personnel records and payroll calculation planning of employee occupation: holidays and/or other actions, application of different motivational schemes, the regulated personnel reporting and a time recording;
• Regarding sales also wholesale, order placement of buyers and settlement, planning and sales accounting, formation of the diagram of receipt of payments, pricing, price lists, calculation of normative cost value of orders are automated commission
• In warehouses processes of management of warehouse stocks, complete sets, disassemblings and reservations of Inventories, control and accounting of serial numbers, expiration dates and certificates are automated and also scheduling of cargo transportation is adjusted.
• Regarding financial accounting the treasury and monitoring of target indicators are automated, and regarding accounting and tax accounting accounting in separate divisions is adjusted, the bank and cash desk, end of the period, intangible assets, fixed assets, accounting of production operations, are conducted settlings with partners and trade operations, data collection for the regulated reporting is optimized.
