In the course of implementation:

• inline tunings of the program are carried out;
• e-mail accounts are connected;
• accounting of the entering and outgoing documents is automated;
• processes approval and sendings outgoing correspondence are configured;
• accounting of orders of heads and accounting of minutes of actions is automated;
• types and processing of internal documents are configured: orders and orders, memos, applications for a compensatory leave, agreements;
• templates of files of outgoing documents and memos are configured;
• completions of the program for work with files with special access are made;
• it is provided user training and the administrator of EDMS.

Further it is going to scale an electronic document management system – to implement EDMS on the basis of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product in all organizations entering into holding.

Using the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product tasks are solved:

• accounting and control of documents of holding;
• quick search of the necessary information;
• differentiations of access rights to documents;
• control of performing discipline.

As a result of implementation of automated information system based on the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product:

• the risk of loss of originals of documents as the staff of APH "Russia" uses electronic document revisions in work now decreased;
• employees got online access to relevant documents;
• heads of divisions received the instrument of operating control of tasks of subordinates;
• time of approval of documents was reduced;
• upper managers had an opportunity to measure performing discipline.
