2020: Automation with the partner companies
The NORBIT company (enters into group of CHEEKS) implemented the CRM-platform in an ecosystem of the real estate "Square meter". LANIT reported about it on November 27, 2021. A system helped to automate work from 4.5 thousand partner companies in the field of the real estate. Use of CRM will allow an ecosystem to carry out in 2021 expansion on the market of B2C and to perform more than 5 million communications with partners and clients.
For the last four months the Square Meter company increased the number of partners in B2B segment more than by 30 times – up to 4.5 thousand companies. Due to growth of business the solution which would allow to automate work with partners and to save the history of communications with them was required. The CRM system developed on the Creatio platform from "Terrasoft" became such solution. Specialists of NORBIT integrated CRM with base of clients and also with separate services among which there is a service of safe calculations, the mortgage broker, repair, electronic registration and others.
For process automation the module Sales Creatio under management was selected operating system Linux. Sales Creatio meets the requirements of customization and is convenient in scaling as intellectual low-code BPM- the platform is the cornerstone of a product. For the end of November, 2020 in a system it is stored information according to transactions and all communications and also the analytics for sales strategy building forms.
Automation of work with addresses of partners and clients in different channels (mail, a chat, messengers, social networks), integration with a BI system (analytical storage), a time recording, creation of the knowledge base, end-to-end analytics and so on is planned.
Due to reaching the considerable volume of transactions and explosive growth of number of partners "The square meter" up to 4.5 thousand, was required to us the CRM system which will correspond to business needs. We selected the Creatio platform (on-premise the version) as it satisfies our requests in the field of automation and allows to provide high data protection of our clients. For November, 2020 the CRM project is at the stage MVP and helps to automate work both our remote employees, and office in the territory of the whole country in any time zone. |
This CRM system allows our customer quicker and better to work with requests of clients and in detail to analyze work of responsibles. It should be noted, the ecosystem Meter the Square became for our company the first project within which development and adaptation of a product line of Creatio working under the Linux operating system is made. |
