As of the beginning of 2017 BTLab refused development and promotion of DocUnity

Description

DocUnity is a drawing electronic document management system and business process managements. A system is developed using J2EE technologies that provides a possibility of its work on different hardware-software platforms. Users work with a system via the web interface developed with participation known to UIDesign Group usability studio.

EDMS DocUnity is intended for the solution of the following tasks:

  • Automation of activity of office, including registration of the entering, outgoing and internal documents, maintaining magazines of registration, mailing of documents for consideration and acquaintance.
  • Automation of activity of contractual (legal) department, including registration, approval, signing, control of execution of contractual documents.
  • Automation of business processing of documents within all organization, including processes of preparation, approval, signing, consideration, execution and control of execution of documents.
  • Mailing and routing of documents within business processes.
  • Creation of electronic archive of documents with a possibility of quick search and condition monitoring of documents.
  • Automation of procedures of archive document storage: put maintaining the nomenclature of affairs, control of storage lives, formation of inventories and acts.
  • Differentiation of access rights of employees to documents and other corporate information, maintaining magazines of access to documents; support of operational management of the organization, including creation, execution and control of execution of instructions and resolutions, document handling control.
  • Creation and replenishment of databases (organizations, individuals, phonebooks, etc.).
