Nenets Oil Company (1C: Document Flow PROF)

JSC Nenets Oil Company addressed to SoftBalance Group for system implementation of 1C: Document Flow. Structuring documentation was the main objective of the project: agreements and letters.

The client already uses other 1C systems therefore for workflow automation it was accepted solutions to stop on this platform.

SoftBalance Group performed the following works:

• carrying out preproject inspection and preparation of the report on preproject inspection including primary audit of document flow regarding the entering and outgoing correspondence;
• input of the normative reference information (filling of reference books "Users", "Organizations", "Structure of the Enterprise", "Document types");
• setup of document templates;
• setup of routes of the movement of documents;
• test creation of documents, check of operability of model;
• training of employees in work with the entering and outgoing documents;
• preparation of the step-by-step instruction for work with correspondence in the program.
