2020: Launch of the Repey complex
The microprocessor technologies research and production enterprise, a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation, launched the REPEY element-by-element control and predictive diagnostics complex into mass production. The company specializes in the production of relay protection and automation. This was announced by the Skolkovo Foundation on December 8, 2020.
REPEY complex is designed for continuous monitoring of nuclear power supply systems of electric stations, substations, industrial enterprises, communication stations, traction power supply facilities, backup power supply systems of DATA-centers, communication units and other facilities.
Repey is a development in the market of smart electrical engineering. With it, you can constantly monitor the state of batteries in enterprises and stations, and by connecting to the web interface, you can also do this remotely. With our AGAVE service, you can even track the dynamics of the state of the AKB and predict their failure, which significantly saves the company's resources, said Mikhail Pirogov, General Director of NPP "Microprocessor Technologies"

The sensor, which is part of REPEY system, is installed on the accumulator and measures its voltage and temperature. And the base station collects information from all sensors via a wireless communication channel (bluetooth), provides diagnostic functions, broadcasts data to local and remote monitoring systems, including the web.
Special terminals, which are supplied with the device, are used to install the sensors on the battery. The installation process takes a few minutes and allows you not to put the battery out of operation.
Unlike the regulated periodic checks, REPEY provides continuous monitoring of the state of the battery and allows you to immediately detect batteries whose parameters have deviations and threaten the "health" of neighboring battery batteries. This solution claims a large market for the use of nuclear power plants, including the assembly of autonomous power plants with alternative energy sources. In the future, developments can be applied in the growing market of electric transport. It seems that both industrial enterprises and power plants will quickly experience the economic effects of such a development. noted Mikhail Burenkov, Senior Project Manager, Advanced Production Technology Cluster, Skolkovo Foundation

Together with the battery diagnostics system REPEY NPP "Microprocessor Technologies" represents the AGAVE remote web monitoring service. It allows you not to go to the facility to evaluate the operation of the diagnostic system, and also accumulates data on the real operation of the battery. This allows you to plan their replacement before the failure. The communication of the object with the web service is carried out using the AGAVE-4G modem.
