Sberservice and Brother implemented the project of pokopiyny printing for MKB

2020: Transfer of departments on pokopiyny payment

Sberservice companies (enters Sber's ecosystem) and Brother implemented the joint MPS project for the Moscow Credit Bank (MCB). Sber reported about it on December 11, 2020. Hundred departments of MKB in Moscow and the Moscow region in which about 1,200 printers and the MFP are installed in total are transferred to pokopiyny payment.

The main objectives of the project set of MKB for contractors is a transition to pokopiyny model of payment of office printing, outsourcing of service maintenance, updating of the park of printing devices.

For the project productive models of printers and Brother MFP - HL-L5100DN and MFC-L5750DW were selected. More than 700 Brother devices were installed at offices of bank instead of the models of other brands used earlier. The printing equipment is transferred to MKB under lease. Use in the project of these devices not only provided updating of the equipment, but also allowed to offer the customer the comfortable cost of a black-and-white print of A4.

The Sberservice company is a direct contractor of the project and renders services in service maintenance of the park of printing devices. To provide constant control of quality of the rendered services, Sberservice carried out integration of the Service Desk system with the MKB similar system.

Specialists of Sberservice company have the wide experience and necessary competences allowing us quickly and to qualitatively perform support of operation of office equipment of the Moscow credit bank. Our cooperation with Brother helps us quickly and to effectively scale volumes of the provided service with the minimum delays for the client, - the CEO commented on Sberservice Alexey Yevtushenko.

We actively develop the MPS direction in business. The project implemented jointly with Sberservice for MKB - one more example of interaction with our partners in provision of services of outsourcing of printing.

We work with Sberservice company already over a year. We calculate that this project will be effective as the period of warranty service is increased by Brazer LLC up to 3 years, and in case of opening of offices they will also be equipped with the printing Brother equipment and connected to the system of pokopiyny payment, – the director of the department of IT providing MKB Georgy Ivanov noted.
