2020: Ex-head of pharmacy chain "36.6" bought "G Dee Pi"
In mid-December 2020, the 36.6 pharmacy chain announced the sale of its distribution business. We are talking about the Ji Di Pi division, which was bought by the former CEO of the company Vladimir Nesterenko.
The deal was approved by shareholders at an extraordinary meeting on November 27, 2020, and it was closed on December 11. They decided not to disclose the financial component of the agreement.
According to the contract, payment must be made within 30 days from the date of signing the agreement, the total amount of the transaction is not disclosed. From the message it follows that the value of the assets of the pharmacy chain at the end of September 2020 amounted to 74.5 billion rubles.
Earlier, the pharmacy chain announced its decision to separate Ji Di Pi from its composition and explained this by the company's plans to focus its efforts in the retail segment and develop pharmacy chains under the 36.6 and Gorzdrav brands. In September 2020, the 36.6 pharmacy chain withdrew Ji Di Pi LLC from offshore, having bought 100% of the organization from Klada Ventures Ltd.
According to Vedomosti, until 2019, Ji Di Pi carried out up to 90% of all deliveries to 36.6, and also performed the functions of a logistics operator and a center for interaction with suppliers and manufacturers. However, in 2020, to increase business efficiency, the pharmacy chain began to use electronic trading, purchasing goods from other distributors (including Katren JSC, Protek PJSC and Pulse FC). As a result, the share of Ji DiP in the supply of the network decreased to 34%.
According to SPARK-Interfax, from the beginning of 2020 to mid-December, the distributor signed contracts for 6.8 billion rubles. At first, the company worked only with regional state customers, but in January it won a tender from the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for the supply of the drug for the treatment of multiple sclerosis alemtuzumab under the state program "14 high-cost nosologies" (14 VZN), the newspaper notes.[1][2]
