2020: System implementation of monitoring of transport

On December 16, 2020 the Montrans company announced monitoring system implementation on transport of the Mechanized column No. 12.

The mechanized column No. 12 conducts construction of railway tracks and highways in Moscow and the Moscow region. In vehicle fleet of the company more than 70 pieces of equipment. These are dump trucks, cranes, excavators, loaders, buses and different special vehicles. Before installation of monitoring systems of transport fuel was released on the overestimated standards. At the enterprise cases of drainings of fuel were recorded. The company sustained considerable losses.

There were cases when also one and a half tons managed to merge. Installed a monitoring system and we trace everything through mobile application. Very conveniently. I work far off. Here I come only to mounting. Staying at home, I monitor all equipment. For example, replaced the fuel level sensor, checked in the program on phone. There was information on the machine. All works.

Drivers were upset with installation of telematics. Before they had an additional income from fuel drainings. If earlier drivers refueled on regulations and during the working day called the manager that they lack fuel, then now in it need as the manager sees what expense at the machine disappeared and on how many there will be enough fuel. We began to put monitoring systems four years ago. There was other company which did not suit us. And a year ago we passed to service into Montrans. Everything suits me. Perfectly well.

Service support of any monitoring systems – one of activities of MONTRANS group. Speed and service quality are time and money of the client. So, the management of "MK-12" addressed to customer service of "MOHTPAHC" on the fact that from several machines data of monitoring ceased to come to a cloud platform. The request for service came on December 7 to 9 o'clock in the morning. And already on December 9 the act of the performed works was at ten o'clock signed.

We constantly improve our service. Each trifle matters – beginning from acceptance of a call in call center and finishing with timely sending to the customer of reporting documents on the performed works. Activity of technical department to Montrans is completely automated – all entering addresses are fixed in a management system for requests, in the same place there is a distribution of requests for contractors. Contractors, in turn see all scheduled events at themselves in mobile application.

It is remarkable that our automation does not come to an end only on fixing of the address and distribution of requests; the customer has a mobile application too and in it he can not only send the request for accomplishment of any works, but also accept these works. By the way, before it will be offered to Customer to sign the order in the application, all performed works undergo our internal check: the service manager online checks the arriving data for validity, watches the photoreport on work (it is also available also to the customer) and carries out final adjustment of a system. After confirmation by the customer of the performed works, a system will automatically create reporting documents and sends them to the addressee through an electronic document management system.

Implementation of the automated control system for requests allowed us not only to significantly increase quality and speed of rendering a full stroke of services, but also to lower the costs connected with processing of requests from the Customer and sending reporting documents.

In the closest plans of "MOHTPAHC" use of artificial intelligence regarding the automated distribution of requests by contractors and approval of the customer of date and time of work.
