More than 20 years the IPK LIK company specializes in development, production and installation of non-standard constructions from metal, glass and other materials. Since 2005 IPK LIK actively uses wide functionality of the software of Autodesk Inventor intended for machine-building 3D - design and industrial design. Before its implementation each engineer of the enterprise worked in that system which considered optimal for the solution of business challenges of clients. In addition to the products AutoCAD and Mechanical Desktop from Autodesk, in IPK LIK the set of a CAD of other developers was used. But a variety of tools only complicated interaction between teams of experts. For example, if any of engineers was absent in a workplace, then other specialists of the company could not make correction to that project which it kept.

Aiming to change a situation, the company management made the decision to use a uniform software package for design of different constructions. Compulsory use of AutoCAD as the product and is well-known long ago in the market was the main requirement, is design classics, and it does not need to be studied. Engineers master the basics of it at a grade level in university. In addition to AutoCAD, the platform had to have the 3D tools - modeling, providing a full stroke of design and creation of constructions: from digital prototypes before release of design documentation. We have a hierarchy of models at which all constructions are interconnected. Basic component in the form of the ipt-file is created. In it taking into account all parameters of an object in the mode of multibodies all future parts are under construction. From basic component it is possible to create literally in several simple actions all parts and assemblies. After appointment quickly we do to parts of materials drawings in which the necessary production quantity and material is reflected. It is necessary to start the rule iLogic developed by us creating files for CNC machines, for example, for laser-beam cutting. If product output takes place in several stages and at a certain stage it is necessary to stop process, at the same time having postponed work with already turned out part of a product indefinitely, then we arrive as follows. Engineers create basic component of the following level which refers to the product which is already sent to production. Applying own design approach and also the solution Product Design & Manufacturing Collection provided to Softline, the IPK LIK company participated in construction of such stations of Moscow Metro as Kuntsevo, " Sretensky Boulevard", Business center, Kotelniki, Rumyantsevo, "Petrovsky park" and more than 50 others.

Speed of construction of Moscow Metro grew to transcendental heights now, also the Big ring line, and several new radial at the same time is under construction. We do the graceful constructions creating architectural appearance and they cannot be made beforehand. And though we work out beforehand projects of future stations, our designers appear for measurements on building when the main "dirty" construction works (passing of tunnels, the monolithic concrete works) are already completed and finishing begins. And it means that there is not enough time before start-up when the first passengers go. In the conditions of the most cruel deficit of time we have no right to an error, and we should design a beautiful and technological product so that it was and it is convenient in installation, and was pleasing to the eye many years. The parametric system of three-dimensional design of Autodesk Inventor allows to change easily the amount of all construction, adapting to exact measurements. Both means of parametrization, and a possibility of programming in a software package under needs of specific CB allow to increase the rates of our work without loss of quality, – the chief designer of IPK LIK Yury Solokha explained.

In addition to the subway, specialists of IPK LIK successfully make out through the whole country of cultural institution. Among them – State the academic Bolshoi Theatre Russia, Taganka Theatre, Rostov State Musical Theatre. In October, 2020 the IPK LIK company implemented the difficult project by request of Research Center Kurchatov Institute for the Kalinin NPP. Engineers of design office developed the system of radiation protection of the detector of an antineutrino. In extremely short time, in the conditions of the restrictions caused by coronavirus epidemic specialists IPK LIK created the project and made all construction of all in a month after signing of the contract.

For example, specialists of IPK LIK actively work with the module Inventor Nastran for accomplishment of the calculations confirming durability of parts and nodes of new constructions. In particular, it was demanded at design of a glass ladder as a part of constructions of Zhivopisny Bridge through the Moskva River where in the shortest possible time of 5 engineers developed the technical documentation set consisting from more than 800 drawings.
