Born on August 15, 1950 in the city of Shchuchkinsk, Shchuchkinsky district of the Kokchetav region.

Education

1970: Astrakhan Accounting and Credit College of the USSR State Bank

In 1970 he graduated from the Astrakhan Accounting and Credit College of the USSR State Bank, qualification - "economist," specializing in "money circulation and credit."

Career

1970: USSR State Bank

He began his career in 1970 as an economist at the Nartkala branch of the Kabardino-Balkarian republican office of the USSR State Bank, where he worked until 1972.

From 1972 to 1987 - manager of the Soviet branch of the Kabardino-Balkarian republican office of the USSR State Bank.

1988: Zhilsotsbank of the USSR

In 1988-1990 - Head of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republican Department of the Zhilsotsbank of the USSR.

1990: Chairman of the Management Board of Nalchik Bank

From 02.11.1990 to 31.07.1998 - Chairman of the Management Board of Nalchik Design Bureau.

Since 01.08.1998 (re-elected: 27.04.2018) - Chairman of the Management Board of Nalchik Bank LLC.
