2020: Creation of an electronic archive

LANIT December 22, 2020 announced the development of an electronic archive of subscription agreements for Tele2.

LANIT will retain Tele2 subscription agreements in an electronic archive on the DocsHouse platform. Digital storage is becoming a key system for organizing sales processes and servicing the operator's customers without using paper documents.

At the initial stage, work will be carried out with contracts for communication services, and in the future, statements and other documents of the company's customers will become digital. The archive solution is designed in the paradigm of microservice architecture - MSA, which allows you to flexibly use DocsHouse components in the processes of creating and processing electronic documents.

The implementation of the DocsHouse platform will allow Tele2 to abandon paper documents when selling and servicing subscribers, reduce the cost of document handling and storage, and also improve the quality of end-user data in Tele2 systems.

In the process of selecting the platform, Tele2 specialists presented high technological requirements for the system, architecture, performance, availability and scalability. Only foreign and domestic CSP platforms (Content Services Platform) meet similar requirements.

As a result of the competition, in which more than ten suppliers of corporate content management solutions participated, the development of LANIT was chosen - the DocsHouse platform, a completely Russian solution built on open technologies.

Load tests, as well as past periods of experimental and industrial operation of the solution showed a high level of reliability and speed of the system.
